Dear All,

Hope every of you have had a wonderful summer!. Time flies - we are about to start our new school year. We at Chinese School Andover cant wait to welcome you all tomorrow.

A few things for tomorrow to be reminded here, the 1st day of our 2022-2023 school year:
1. We are fully in-person. While we will follow MA state Corvid guideline, we encourage all teachers, parents, and students to be cautious and maintain good personal hygiene at campus. Wearing mask is welcome.

2. 1st Chinese language Class: textbooks for Chinese language classes will be distributed prior to the class starts. PLEASE DO NOT OPEN OR WRITE ON THE TEXTBOOK IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT YOUR CLASSROOM. We are inviting parents of each student to participate the 1st 15 minutes of the class. The classroom teacher will share the teaching plan, parents and school interaction routines, classroom rules and learning expectations, and other requirements such as selecting a classroom parents' representative

3. Classes that offer 10 sessions such as "Presentation and Communication", "Modeling“, will not start tomorrow but may hold info and Q/A sessions in cafeteria

4. On every school day and for Bilingual Chinese language classes, we will have a "Homework Support Corner" in the cafeteria (please look for the sign) between 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. It aims to help both the students and their parents to understand homework assignments and to get additional tutoring help if needed.

5. for safety, please under none circumstance, a building door be jammed by object to keep open

6. All parents clubs' coordinators will have a quick gathering at 1:00 pm to discuss space allocation of each club.
