Dear All CSA Families,
New school year is fast approaching and CSA staff has been working throughout the summer in preparation for next school year. First, thanks all for your continue support to our Chinese school while great majority of the students have already been registered for the new school year as of now. If you have not registered yet, please kindly do so via our website at http://csandover.com/node/24. our teachers will soon be approaching their classes in regards to the new school year and we definitely don’t want to miss any family in the communication.
For your reference, below please find the general goal and plan for the new school year pertaining to Chinese language classes:
Goal: regardless the background of a student, we are committed to exhaust our resources to provide an enriched and fun platform for each student to learn Chinese language and culture. Each student will be challenged to his/her level using the traditional Chinese language and culture as a base with extension to modern Chinese that relates to student’s daily life in the American community.
Plan: we will continue to open up more class options for each grade level to accommodate different Chinese learning need from bilingual, Chinese with JiNan (????), to Chinese with MaLiPing (?????). Each teacher might also introduce other teaching materials coupled with appropriate teaching methodologies based on each class’s individual need. Book fees for the main teaching material will be decided and collected by the teacher when class starts.
Besides of all the Chinese Language classes, our extra curriculum classes (???) will also be further enhanced during the new school year for both students and their parents or even grandparents. Please stay tune for the upcoming announcements in regards to the extra curriculum classes.
As a community based organization, we can’t achieve our goal without your continue support. Your opinion and suggestion are key to our success so please do not hesitate to raise your voice to any of our staff.
