Dear CSA Families,

In celebrating the Chinese Moon Festival (Zhong qiu jie - 中秋节) on the Monday, September 8th, we will have our school tradition of distributing Chinese Moon-cake during the coming Sunday's school session. On the 14th, our language teachers will tell about the Mid-Autumn Festival traditions.

Moon-cake will be distributed to all registered students by classroom. While we tried not to get cakes with nuts or egg, we can not guarantee that there is absolutely no material that might be allergic to some of you. So please let the classroom teacher know if you or your child should not eat the cake.

蛋黄莲蓉月饼：湘莲，白砂糖，小麦粉，精制花生油，蛋黄
White Lotus Seed Paste Mooncake: Lotus Seed, white sugar, wheat flour, refined peanut oil, egg yolk

荳蓉素月：绿豆，面粉，糖，玉米油，水，食色
Mung bean, bleached wheat flour, sugar, corn oil, water and FD&C yellow 5, FD&C red 40, Citric Acid, 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate.
